These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy, and ask us about anything that is unclear.

1. Overview

This agreement is between you and Holiday Manor Footwear. It covers this website, its content, and the sale of goods through it. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the site or place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, or be doing so with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Our online store serves customers within the United States. An order placed for delivery outside the United States will be canceled and refunded in full, and we will email you to explain why.

4. Products

We sell men’s leather dress shoes. All items are ready-made stock held at our premises and dispatched from there. Product images, descriptions and measurements are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them, though color reproduction varies between screens and small variations occur between production runs.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any listing and update product information at any time without prior notice. Availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we email you and refund that item in full.

5. Pricing

Prices are listed in United States Dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you complete checkout, and a later change does not affect an order already confirmed. Where an item has been listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfill it at that price.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it; acceptance takes place when the order is dispatched. We may decline an order at our discretion, and we may limit quantities per person, per household or per order. Cancellations and changes are governed by our Cancel & Change Order Policy.

7. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through the PayPal payment gateway. We accept PayPal, debit cards and credit cards. Full payment is taken when the order is placed. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the method selected and that the details you have given are accurate. 8. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. If something has gone wrong with a charge, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Most billing problems are settled by email within a day or two, whereas a chargeback takes weeks and freezes the order while it runs. We provide payment records, tracking data and delivery confirmation in response to any dispute.

9. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on the shipping destination and the rates in force at the time of purchase. The amount is itemized before you confirm payment.

10. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Rates, processing times and delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees, and where a carrier delay makes an order pointless we will cancel and refund it.

11. Returns and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Cancellations and order changes are governed by our Cancel & Change Order Policy. Both form part of these terms, and placing an order signifies your acceptance of them.

12. Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and logos on this website belong to Holiday Manor Footwear or are used under license, and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, scraped or used commercially without our prior written consent. Linking to our pages is welcome. Notices of infringement are handled under our DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, to interfere with its operation, or to extract its content by automated means for commercial use. We may suspend or refuse service where these terms are breached.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of error. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, which stand whatever this document says.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Holiday Manor Footwear is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or of any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the website after that constitutes acceptance of it.
